EGBE ODO ONKOWE EDE YORUBA

In a bid to revive the dying Yoruba Language and Literature among young writers of the South Western people of Nigeria. SYNW has inaugurated a forum where writers of Yoruba expression can meet, read, discuss and learn.
The Forum known as “Egbe Odo Onkowe Ede Yoruba (Association of Young Yoruba Writers) seeks to discover, build, hone, enhance and promote Yoruba Language and Literature among Yoruba writers between the ages of 12 and 35. This is another initiative of Society of Young Nigerian Writers toward promoting indigenous languages and literature in the Country.
The membership of the newly inaugurated association will cut across to all Yoruba departments of various universities and colleges of education in the South Western  part of Nigeria.
